By accessing and using My FHP Planner ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

My FHP Planner is a clinic management software solution designed specifically for Foot Health Practitioners (FHPs). Our service includes:

• Patient record management
• Appointment scheduling and booking
• Clinical notes and assessment forms
• Payment processing and invoicing
• Mobile and offline capabilities
• Traffic-aware scheduling for mobile practitioners

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

We take the protection of your data and your patients' data seriously. Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We comply with GDPR and UK data protection laws
• Patient data remains under your control at all times

5. Professional Use

My FHP Planner is intended for use by qualified Foot Health Practitioners. You agree to:

• Not share access credentials with unauthorized individuals

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the service to store or transmit inappropriate content

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability, and we will provide reasonable notice when possible.

9. Data Backup and Recovery

While we maintain regular backups of all data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical information. We provide data export functionality to facilitate this.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My FHP Planner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My FHP Planner from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it may be deleted.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
